Monday: I took the day off and rested completely. I cleaned my apartment and studied. I didn't even leave my apartment haha
Nutrition wise I've upped my calories a lot to try to gain as much muscle as I can before I drop them in July. I made cinnamon rolls for my dad so I've been snacking of them for the past few days. So yummy!
Tuesday: I rode my bike to and from the city (20 min each way) and went to the gym for upper body.
Wednesday: I'll ride my bike later today to the city and go to the gym for lower body.
