Monday and Tuesday: I both days off to work on an assignment I had to finish.

Wednesday: I did upper body. The gym was crowded so that sucked because I couldnt use the equipment I wanted.

Today: I also took the day off. Been feeling really bad the last week due to migraines and the side effects for the medication, especially today. Rest is also important! ๐Ÿ™‚

I think want to start going on walks in the mornings to get myself out in the nature more so Iโ€™ll do that tomorrow morning and then go to the gym after I study. ๐ŸŒฒ๐Ÿƒ

#3 We have park but they're surrounded by roads full of traffic!

Friday: I went to the gym for lower body with my friend Bea.

Saturday: I went to yoga for an upperbody class.

Sunday: I went on a short walk in the forest after if finished raining. ๐Ÿ™‚
