Monday and Tuesday: I both days off to work on an assignment I had to finish.
Wednesday: I did upper body. The gym was crowded so that sucked because I couldnt use the equipment I wanted.
Today: I also took the day off. Been feeling really bad the last week due to migraines and the side effects for the medication, especially today. Rest is also important! 🙂
I think want to start going on walks in the mornings to get myself out in the nature more so I’ll do that tomorrow morning and then go to the gym after I study. 🌲🍃
#1 do you live near nature? I live in a city so morning walks aren’t exactly relaxing 😩🌃

I live next to huge park/forest area #2
#3 We have park but they're surrounded by roads full of traffic!
Friday: I went to the gym for lower body with my friend Bea.
Saturday: I went to yoga for an upperbody class.
Sunday: I went on a short walk in the forest after if finished raining. 🙂
