RECIPE 1: 

GRANOLA 1 cup of oats  

 1 Cup of nuts of your choice 

 1/2 Cup of Seeds 

 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup 

 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil Sprinkle of chocolate  

RECIPE 2: OMELETTE THAT TURNED INTO SCRAMBLED EGGS 

 3 Whole Eggs 

 Cherry Tomatos 

 Spring Onion  

 Asparagus 

 Bell Pepper

 Cheese 

 Cook with olive oil 

 RECIPE 3: PRAWN WRAPS 

 King prawns 

 1 garlic 

 Flour wraps 

 Yoghurt  

 Lettuce 

 Cucumber 

 Cherry tomatos  

 Halloumi  

 RECIPE 4: PASTA BAKE

 1 bag of pasta 

 1 jar os tomato pasta sauce

 Asparagus 

 Courgette 

 Bell pepper  

 Cheese 

 RECIPE 5: CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDING

 1 Cup chia reeds 

 1 cup almond milk 

 1 table spoon chocolate powder

 Almond butter 

 Fresh fruit

Krissy is probably one of my fav fitness influencers to watch and follow. She provides great tips. She is realistic and funny as hell! 

I personally dont eat prawns but I bet it would be just as good with falafel. Glad
